Student Leadership at CB West
Leaders are not born, they learn how to lead. With this in mind, we have developed a series of leadership training modules to train caring, committed, and thoughtful students that want to make a positive difference in the West community. Various groups have participated in the trainings including SGO, Class Cabinets/Councils and Athletics. The modules include: Goal setting, Mentoring, Action Planning and Communicating for Success.
Quote From A Student Leadership Ambassador:
During the past few months I have been able to work with a great group of leaders that always are looking for ways to improve and become better leaders for the community around them. I have learned how to use my skills and personality with many different types of people, so everyone benefits in the best way possible. This training has made me grow as an individual and a leader. I can not wait to see our own leadership conference come together, so we are able to pass on all this great knowledge and training to others!
