End of Summer Memo from Oak Farm
August 4, 2017
Hello from the Farm!
There are only 17 days until the classrooms are bustling with the excitement of students and teachers. Are YOU ready? Just as your homes have been busy with summer activities, the Oak Farm campus has been busy too!
Class lists have been emailed, training and seminars attended, bulldozers have been moving and preparations have been made to be ready for the start of the 2017-2018 school year.
In this memo you will find A LOT of (good, helpful) information! As always you can call the school if you have any questions - and be sure to say "hello" to our new Front Desk Girl (FDG), Abby Miller!
We hope that this email finds you and your family relaxed and enjoying the end of a wonderful summer! Have fun - be safe - see you all soon!

Our Parent Orientation is an excellent time to connect with teachers and parents in your child's classroom. Even if you are a veteran Oak Farm parent, we encourage you to attend. Please note that this is for parents/guardians only. This event is divided into classroom break-out sessions as well as a whole parent meeting in the Victorian Farmhouse Rec Room.

** If you have more than two children at the school, you may need to divide and conquer the meetings and share the load with your significant other.
Teachers will be available the week before school begins via email or phone.
School Open House - Friday, AUGUST 18th
School Pictures - Friday, AUGUST 18th
While you are dropping off school supplies, finding your child's cubby and greeting old/new friends, be sure to stop by the Vic House to have your childs picture taken. If you have ordered in the past you should already have an account. Friday, August 18th from 8:00am - 1:00pm: photographers will be on campus to take a picture for you to order as well be used for the yearbook and RenWeb database. We ask that ALL students & faculty members be photographed this day!
