Trash Bag Sales-Sell, sell, sell!!!!!
Order forms for our trash bag fundraiser went out last Friday. Forms and money will be due on Friday, September 6. Take them with you on your Labor Day gatherings and ask your friends and family to stock up for the year. We are asking that each student sell 10 rolls.
Coke Codes & Box Tops
Keep saving your Coke product caps and codes (look for them inside the box), The PTO received $125 last year (the program started mid year). Each cap or code is worth 5 cents to 15 cents.
BOX TOPS are going digital. Download the Box Top app and scan your receipt from any store within 14 days of purchase and the rewards will be added to our account. This is a great way for grandparents to help. Ask them to save receipts, and the kids can scan them. SLS received $1800 from this program last school year!
Volunteer Forms
Please remember to turn in the PTO Volunteer Forms (tan or yellow paper). We ask that each family sign up for at least two items in addition to Super Sunday Bingo.
New Partnership/Fundraiser
Dierckman Research, LLC (Diane Dierckman) is establishing a local contact list of individuals willing to participate in consumer research studies. In return, SLS PTO will receive a monetary donation for each person that signs up and also for those people that participate in projects. Each project varies from 1:1 conversations, to small group discussion, expert panels, and product use opinions. “Opt in” by opening the camera on your phone and pointing it on the code above. If you're not sure "how to do that"--just email us & we'll be happy to help. Anyone between the ages of 22-70 years are able to sign up...even friends and family within a 1 hour radius. We can raise up to $1000 just by having people “opting in”!

Little Wish Foundation
The Results Are In!
The 8th-grade students voted from a list of their top charities choices to donate the proceeds of money collected at All School Masses from late August until December. The charity that received the most votes was the little wish foundation. The littlewishfoundation.org provides comfort, hope and joy to children battling cancer. Currently, the organization has granted 2,000 wishes for children across the country. Indiana hospitals that they support include Peyton Manning’s Children’s Hospital and Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis and Carmel. The total amount collected will be calculated and posted in late December.

Yearbook Committee 2019-2020
Yearbook Committee 2019-2020 is here!
This year's yearbook is going to be a first for St. Louis, due to the fact that it will be completed by our very own 7th and 8th grade members!! Yes this is correct, these 20 students on the committee are responsible for putting together the yearbook for the 2019-2020 school year. We have a strong group working together and delegating tasks to each person's particular strengths. The committee has already started working with our first meeting back in May. I am very excited for them. The finished product is always very rewarding. The students really make it all worth it. Let us all pray for these students to succeed in making this year’s yearbook one of the best St. Louis School has seen!
