If I Was In Charge of The World
I'd create world peace,
Unite the world,
Have the worlds' scientist work together, and also provide a new life for those who need it
If I were in charge of the world
There'd be night school for all ages,
No poverty, and
Color organized districts
If I were in charge of the world
You wouldn't have the death penalty
You wouldn't have to worry about crime
You wouldn't have to worry about money to "survive"
You wouldn't even have sisters
If I were in charge of the world
I would be more involved
I would share the responsibility equally with others
I would also not let the power control me as if I was its puppet
Would still be allowed to be me
and still be
In charge of the world
Ballad
My step-father is a soldier helping me fight my war
While still fighting his own, and struggling to win
Even through his rough surface he is kind at his core
His mind and body are made of steel, all except the surface of his skin
Even through his own troubles he finds ways to help members of family
Nikolay is the only one of the few who cared outside family about us
And through the mist and darkness he guides us through a life of insanity
He is also one of the few who care enough to make a fuss
My step-dad is a “maze-runner” trying to find the path alone
He is a rebel fighting a gun fight with fate
My step-dad has made my hollowed shell into a full person of personalities
He was the one to lift most of the heavy lifting
He is the meaning of hope
He’s helped us, and life copePlanes
Flying a long flight
They only have a limited amount of time
To accomplish their life long dreams and to aim higher than the clouds
Before they run out of fuel
Or catch fire
Once they catch fire its only a matter of time
Before they burn or crash
Some are delicate, as if made of paper
Others strong and sturdy, made of steel
Those who can take a hit, and those who spin out and fall through the clouds
into an endless abyss
