But when the adults refuse to accept this scary truth, three kids must find a way to sound the alarm: this year’s zombie season is very, very different. Seventh grade stinks! Literally. Artist Dave Valeza is coming to Storyvoice to talk about his graphic novel, Four Eyes! With his new pair of glasses, Rex is finally starting to see his way through middle school. But on the first day of seventh grade, he encounters a bump in the road...on his forehead. What follows next is an exhausting battle with stubborn acne, embarrassing body odor, and other awkward developments. Rex can't afford to buy the acne medication or deodorant he needs, and bullies are noticing his uncomfortable transformation….

In these three hilarious short stories, Sniff and Scratch find creative ways to reach a pie on the kitchen counter, Sniff panics when Scratch gets stuck in a box, and they meet a strange new dog and cat just like them.
