LA 6.2.2. Students will write in multiple modes for a variety of purposes and audiences across disciplines.

  • LA 6.2.2.a.Communicate information and ideas effectively in analytic, argumentative, descriptive, informative, narrative, poetic, persuasive, and reflective modes to multiple audiences using a variety of media and formats.
  • LA 6.2.2.d. Use precise word choice and domain-specific vocabulary to write in a variety of modes.

Multiple Experiences lead to mastery!

Students will be exposed to poetry through reading, creating, discussing, and performing various poems. By experiencing poetry in various ways the students are able to master the content. Students also work together in order to better digest the topic of poetry.
