Spirit Night at Pizzaiolo's

Wednesday, December 4 is spirit night (and day) at Pizzialo's Pizza!!! Williams Elementary will receive 15% of the profit made that day for dine in and pick up. All you have to do is mention Williams when you place your order. It is always a good night for pizza!

Author Chris Barton Visits WES

Award winning, best selling author, Chris Barton, will be at WES on Wednesday, December 4 from 8:30-10:30. This incredible writer of books for young readers will meet with WES students in the library for two different sessions.

RSVP for Holiday Parties and Save Time

Be on the look out for Christmas party information in your child's Thursday folder on December 12. If you RSVP and return the form, we will have your visitor's badge ready for you when you arrive at the school.

PTO Meeting - Santa Store, Santa Pics, and much more!

Our next PTO will be meeting on Tuesday, December 3 at 9:30am. We need parents to help run the Santa Shop, organize teacher treats/lunches, assist with Easter Bunny pictures, and much more!!! If you are interested in volunteering at Williams in any way, please join us. If you would like to help out but can't make the meeting, please contact Yeny Perez at

Adult ESL Classes

Williams is offering free adult English classes every Tuesday and Thursday in the library from 6:00-7:00pm. There are classes for beginning and intermediate English learners. Free childcare is provided. Classes are available to any adult community member. If you know someone that is wanting to improve their English, please pass along this information.

Monitoring Grades

You can monitor your child's grades through our Parent Self Serve Account.

  1. Go to, and sign in.
  2. If you have not registered, then please register. If you have registered, you will see your child's name with several tabs above their name.
  3. Click on the Progress Report tab to see you child's grades.
