Volunteers Needed
Each year our 8th graders go to Oaks Park to celebrate the end of the year, and to mark their transition to high school. Volunteers are needed to bring food, set up, clean up, and serve.
The 8th grade evening celebration is traditionally handled by 7th grade parents, so our 8th grade parents can fully enjoy the evening event. Volunteers are needed to help with the reception.
If you are interested in volunteering for either of these events, please visit the link below to sign up. There are a lot of opportunities for you to help with.
Field Day Help Needed
We need a lot of help for Field Day this year! We are looking for 50 volunteers to supervise the different stations that we will have. Field Day is Wednesday, June 14th, from 1-3. Please use this link to sign up. All volunteers must have a current volunteer application on file.

2023-24 Committee Chairs & Volunteers
Our ability to hold popular community events like Holiday Craft Night, the Spring Carnival, and more rely on volunteers stepping forward to help plan and execute them. We’re now looking for individuals to help us start planning these amazing events for next year. Explore 2023-24 committee openings and volunteer opportunities here.
Fundraising Update
With the success of the Spring Luau & Auction, we were able to raise a total of $31,557 this year to help fund supplemental programs and activities for the 2023-24 school year. While that number is great, we are still short of our overall budget of $40,000 that will help fund all of the proposed initiatives for next year. There are still ways to donate, and ensure that we can continue to fund events and activities, and educational programs like BizTown and Scooter Town.

Arrival and Dismissal Reminders
Please remember that the doors are not opened until 8:35am (9:35 on Wed.) Students are not supervised until this time. Do not drop students off prior to this time.
Students can ONLY enter and exit cars along the curb in the Parent Pick-up area. Do NOT stop in the aisles and have students enter/exit. This is extremely unsafe and we have had students nearly hit in the lot. It does not matter if your child is in Middle School, the same rules apply.
