Notes from Mrs. Hamp
- The musical will be this Thursday, April 30. Please remember to have your child at the school no later than 6:30 p.m. We will be lining up in the kindergarten hallway before the show.
- Field Trip permission forms went home this week. Please send them back as soon as possible with $2.

What are we learning this week?
Math: We will continue our measurement unit with adding and subtracting measurement and comparing length. We will conclude the week with a test on friday.
Writing: After spend some time on research of our famous landmarks, we will take a few days to organize our writing. We will work on creating an outline together to make sure our notes are grouped in similar thoughts and information. Once we have our thoughts organized, we will start our rough draft and start editing and revising.
Reading: Last week, we talked about rocks and properties,this week we will move on to landforms of the earth. We will review non-fiction text features and asking and answering questions.
