6pm - 9pm
$95 per person + an 8" decorated cake to take home!
The Basics
Learn how to use buttercream, including different piping techniques.
Select an image to create, transfer image to a plaque.
Working with chocolate.
Learn flooding and colouring techniques.
Placement of plaque, final small decorations.
Take home your finished product!
Requirements
An apron and a thirst to learn! Basic cooking and kitchen knowledge. All other ingredients and equipment are supplied.

We are a team of professional cake decorators who provide a relaxed learning environment. The courses are structured, but also have options for the individual such as shape, colours, style so that you can let your individuality shine.
We keep our class numbers small to ensure we can help each person individually, so no more than 8.
Do I need any experience?
No, this class is for beginners, just basic cooking and kitchen knowledge.
Do I need to book?
Yes, places are strictly limited, and we only hold this course 2-3 times a year.
When do I need to pay?
Payment of 50% is required within 7 days of booking, and the balance is due 1 month before your class. Payment is non refundable except under special circumstances (at the discretion of management).
