Help Needed for Gingerbread Houses!

Our party is planned for Thursday, December 17 from 1-2 pm. Since we are reading and writing gingerbread stories, we will be completing the unit creating our own gingerbread houses. We would LOVE as many donations as possible so every child can create a house.

Please use the link to sign up for any item(s) that you are willing to donate to the party. I am also looking for a few volunteers to help at the party, too. THANK YOU!

We will continue our unit on fractions.

  • Equivalent fractions
  • Comparing fractions with same denominator
  • Comparing fractions with same numerator

Please encourage studying math facts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) at home. If you are unsure what facts your child should be studying, please email me. I can also print out flashcards to study at home. We will be testing next on Thursday, December 17.

We are working on our gingerbread unit. Students will be reading different gingerbread stories to be inspired to write their own variation on the classic story! We already have so many creative ideas!
