Daily Health Questions
We require that you complete this questionnaire with your student every morning. If you answer “yes” to any of the following questions for your child, they should remain home. Please contact the school as soon as possible if your student will be absent for any reason. In the past 24 hours has your child had… A fever of 100.4 or higher? A sore throat? Body aches or chills? A new/uncontrolled cough that causes difficulty breathing? Diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain? New onset of severe headache? Please remember if a student remains home due to illness or is sent home due to illness, one of the following will be required in order to return to school: A statement from a healthcare provider clearing your student to return or providing an alternative diagnosis OR A negative COVID-19 test result Students should also remain home if they or anyone living in the household is being tested for COVID-19 or has recently tested positive for COVID-19 and is under isolation/quarantine. We appreciate your support of our health procedures to ensure the safety of both staff and students. Again, please contact the school as soon as possible if your student will be absent from school for any reason. It is important that we follow all guidance from the CDC and the Fairfax County Health Department in these matters. Please call if you have any questions regarding this.

New Kiss N Ride for Drop off
Temperatures will be taken while the kids are still in the car. Please have them seated on the RIGHT, passenger side of the vehicle for ease of getting out of the car. It's best if the driver stays in the car to keep traffic moving. We'll all get used to it!
Additionally, on Day 1, we will supply you with a family sign for your dashboard/visor. It will again help move traffic along, especially at dismissal.
