Good afternoon Wildcats,

Progress reports for 4th quarter will be published in the myStudent portal on Friday, 4/22/22. Please make sure you discuss your student's progress with them. Seniors, please make sure you are staying focussed on meeting your graduation requirements. Also, testing will continue through the end of the year. Please review the testing calendar linked below to note which days your student is testing.

We will continue to communicate home prior to our testing dates, if you receive this communication, please ensure that your student arrives to school on time and reports to their testing location. Click here to view our Spring testing calendar. Many of the assessments are graduation requirements and it is imperative that students attend on their scheduled days and perform their best. Dress Shoes

Absolutely no jeans, sneakers, flip-flops, bulky jewelry, scarves, ribbons, bandanas, etc.… . Also, ladies, please keep in mind that you will be traveling up and down stairs on the stage and walking a lot so the height of your heel should be kept at a minimum for safety reasons. Leave purses, cameras, and personal items with a parent or friend in the audience; they may not be taken in during the processional. Flowers or corsages are NOT permitted.

Graduation Gowns: Please wear your cap and gown to check in. We will not have

extra gowns on hand. Make sure that you bring yours to the ceremony.

Graduation Cap: The mortarboard (graduation cap) is to be worn flat with the tassel over the right eye. Once the seniors are declared graduates, the tassel is moved to the left side in unison with the class. If decorated, mortarboards must not contain anything inappropriate, class year or initials would be examples of what is typical. We will not have extra caps or tassels on hand. Make sure that you bring yours to the ceremony.

Failure to comply with the dress policy may result in the student not being permitted to

participate in the ceremony. Security will do a visual search of all graduates.

Summer 2022 Dual Enrollment Dates

Summer schedule will be available on the PHSC website March 25th

Dynamic Forms will be available on March 28th

Students are required to meet with their grade level counselor by April 14th

PHSC Advisors will approve Dynamic Forms by April 25th

Deadline for all applications is May 4th

Yearbook Sales

Parents and students, due to a record number of early sales, yearbooks are sold out at this time. It is possible that we will receive extras when the books are delivered in May, and we will offer these for sale to the students on the waiting list. To add your name to the waiting list, email the student name and ID# to Mrs. Ingram, the yearbook advisor, at pingram@pasco.k12.fl.us. Extra yearbooks will be sold in order of the date and time your email is received.

If you or your business would like to donate to our teachers for appreciation week, please reach out to skoslin@pasco.k12.fl.us. We could use gift cards, baskets, or any other items to show our teachers how much they are valued.

Advertising Opportunity for Local Businesses

District School Board of Pasco County Intent to Advertise

Need more customers? Advertise with WCHS! Each year thousands of people come to events on our campus and see advertisements for local businesses. This is an opportunity to get affordable advertising and help out the students of WCHS.

Banners are printed by the school using your artwork with several options:

4 x 4 full color vinyl banner will be displayed in the Gymnasium.

4 x 10 full color vinyl banner will be displayed outdoors on the fence of the field you chose.

The cost for a one year banner in the gym $400.00.

The cost of a banner on one outdoor facility is $500.00.

The cost of one year of advertising on the football/soccer/lacrosse, baseball, and softball field (3 banners) is $800.00.

The cost of all facilitites both indoor and outdoor banner (4 banners) is $1,000.00.

There term of the advertisement is one full year.

Purchase your tickets to our games. All tickets for athletic events must be purchased online through GoFan, https://gofan.co/app/school/FL6096 . There is also a downloadable app for GoFan. We will not be selling tickets at the gate.
