Good Afternoon Monroe Families!

Just a reminder that there is no school tomorrow due to a Professional Development Day for our teachers.

This week at Monroe Elementary, our third grade students have been learning about light and sound. The students spent some time this week “Skyping with a Scientist” ( it was technically through Zoom). Students got to learn about the light and sound through the eyes of a chemist.The students enjoyed this fun learning opportunity and it tied into what they have been learning and reading about in their current unit.
