Hansen Weekly Update
May 8, 2020
Hello Hansen Students and Families!
I hope this week provided each of you with opportunities to get outdoors and enjoy some of this Spring weather! This week, I mowed my lawn for the first time this season, went for plenty of walks with my family in the neighborhood, and even got my first at-home haircut! I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical, but all-in-all, it didn't come out too bad! You be the judge...
Happy Teacher Appreciation Week to All of The Teachers at Home!
Hello From Mr. Hulsman!
The ELECTRIC GUITAR WORKSHOP will happen next Thursday, May 14th at 3pm.
The Zoom meeting for the Workshop is below... BUT FIRST! I need your help. I have two guitars, and I need your help picking which one to work on. Take a look at the photo and let me know which one we should use for the workshop!
Should I use the BLACK guitar or the RED guitar for the workshop?
VOTE by saying your choice in the comments on the post in your Google Classroom!
See you there!

Note From Nurse Amanda
Hello Hansen Families!
First, I want to say I miss everyone, it has been difficult to be home away from the students and staff. I am working with the other nurses on plans for our return, whenever that may be. Please know your child's safety is in my thoughts at this time.
We know a lot of responsibility has fallen on you as parents to assist with education for the children. It is a scary, difficult time and there is a lot of balance needed to care and support a family. I want to offer this 8 minute video about self care for caregivers, please take the time to watch it:

As always, feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns. I will continue to be here for support.
Best wishes,
Nurse Amanda
