How do we celebrate?
Dive into the story! ELA standards across grade levels can easily be taught through The Dot. Explore the character of Vashti or identify the story's theme. Connect this story to student's experiences, use it to build classroom TENACITY, and most importantly, CREATE!
RESOURCES
Augmented Reality at its finest
Students can color or paint to make their own unique marks on a dot. Then using the Quiver Augmented Reality app (pushed upon request) the dot comes alive! Students are fascinated to see it bounce, spin, and multiply. Find the coloring sheet here.
