Star Wars: The Force Awakens

This long awaited $200 million budget masterpiece made its way into the theaters last December. Since then it has grossed $1.557 billion in box office sales and it hasn't stopped yet. This makes it the highest-grossing film in North America and the fourth highest-grossing film of all time. Critic's reviews are mostly positive, but some, including George Lucas himself, have argued that the movie was made mainly for profit. Unfortunately the film has been marketed so much that I can't avoid advertisements anywhere I go. From Television trailers to partnerships with automotive manufacturers, The Force Awakens has seen it all.

Inside Out

Disney's Inside Out is a movie that appeals to all ages and all types of people. It proved that right when it ended up as Disney's ninth highest-grossing film of all time. It suggested a very fictional yet entertaining way of interpreting the way that people think. Its ratings were also very positive, as the film had a Rotten Tomatoes rating of 98% based on 301 reviews. Despite all of its success, the film was marketed subtly with only the usual Television trailers.
