SEL in Action
DALLAS ISD-SOCIAL & EMOTIONAL LEARNING- VOL 1 ISSUE 2
Gratitude and the Brain
Research found that across the board, when people felt more grateful, their brain activity was distinct from brain activity related to guilt and the desire to help a cause. This indicates that simply expressing gratitude may have lasting effects on the brain. Click on this link to read more about it!
We wish all of our Dallas community members happiness, health, and quality time with loved ones during this season of gratitude!
