Thank you to everyone who has paid their HOA dues. Our dues help with neighborhood upkeep and improvements. In the next few months, you'll see these changes around Berry Creek:

• Sprinklers will be installed at the back of the neighborhood, in the Shiloh Creek Island.
• 3 trees will be planted at the Shiloh Creek Island.
• New bushes will be planted at the Clubhouse.
