Beauty And The Beast - By Nikita Kumar

Hello Readers!!

Since you might be wondering about the title let me put the picture clearly, here the beauty is me – Nikita Kumar and the beast is my beloved Motorbike. I am one of those few souls that are moved by two wheelers – those who share my love for bikes would know what I mean. It has been 5 years now that I have been riding bikes. And my love for the beast grows with time. It’s this passion for biking that has made me travel over 10000 + Km on the two wheeled motorbike , covering 75% of Western Ghats including Cholra Ghats. I did it on my way to Goa as I believe roads less travelled are the best and most fun. I have also ridden the beast through three states (Maharashtra,Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu) and two union territories (Pondicherry, Goa).

Sounds easy but it truly tests a person’s comfort, Stamina, ability to withstand hunger and thirst, changing weather conditions and several falls and fails.

I wish to keep flourishing my passion. It is my love for biking that has made representing India in international motorsports my biggest goal.

Do it for –You got hot! By Kunta Harsha Teja

After achieving a weight of 103Kgs through my constant laziness I decided to write a note to myself rather I should say my fat. It was something like this –

Dear Fat

Prepare to die.

Xo Xo

Me

As soon as my fat received the note, I started getting obsessed with being fit and started working out to lose the love handles. Losing that much weight was easy –absolutely no, but worth it – absolutely yes. After couple of months of constant workout I realized it was not about losing weight anymore .It became about my passion to remain fit and strong and maintain a healthy physique. For me fitness became not being better than someone else but being better than what I used to be. I have received gold medal in bench press, butterfly chest, and pull ups in Strength Mania competition conducted in IBS Bangalore. For those who would want to follow in my footsteps and start working their way out to a healthy and fit life .Here is a list of my daily diet and exercises:

Passion for photography - By Adya Sanket

As a kid I was always fascinated by taking picture from my dad's Kodak reel camera, the sound of "click" emanating from the camera while taking pictures was and is still one of the most blissful sounds I have heard. My choice of camera changed from the Kodak reel camera to canon 60 D, as I matured from a 13year old teenager to 23year old my passion has grown, seasoned, modified and is more focused.

The enchanting colour clashes, textures, essence and the unstoppable desire to create and capture "moments" that are not only unique but also seize vision. And that is what drew me to the World of fashion photography.

I wish to nurture my zest and "do my thing at the optimum level"- tocapture beautiful and unique "moments" in the world of fashion photography.

My mantra of Photography- “The best photographer never explains about his photos, he lets them portray their own story."

Equipments used : Canon 60 D, 50mm, 90mm, 18-135mm lenses, Elinchrome D-lite rx 2, Reflectors and Diffuser.
