TO DO LIST & REMINDERS
- Principal Monthly Read Aloud for January - Schedule a time for me to read to your class! I have really enjoyed finding books to read to your students during the 1st semester! Hoping to continue this opportunity to connect with students each month.

- Data Team for 3rd-4th (Thursday, January 11th @ 3:45 in the Board Room)
MISSION MONDAY:
- KINDNESS REVOLUTION - CHOOSE TO BE KIND! Focus on doing something kind for someone else. Be on the watch for something you could do. This can be something small that will make a difference for someone else. Make a list of the things you can to do be KIND!
- Let's get this started.....If an adult observes someone doing something kind, you can give the student a new KINDNESS REVOLUTION bracelet. When the child with the bracelet observes something kind, they give the bracelet to that student and describe the "kind" behavior that they observed. Keep the bracelets moving because there are plenty of bracelets to go around. CHOOSE KINDNESS at home, school and in your community!
PBIS focus: LUNCHROOM EXPECTATIONS

- Discuss WHY following the expectations are important.

This could be an instructional strategy that is effective with your students, classroom management strategy/tool, something new you are trying this year, etc. Post the photo along with a brief description on our Google Community page. At a staff meeting, I will share the photo and as the teacher, you will need to NAME IT, CLAIM IT & EXPLAIN IT!
