Portion Control

Daily portions for everyone are different. But the basic amounts are usually very similar.

Vegetables

For example your daily amount of carrots should be about 1 cup or the size of a baseball

Dairy

Or if you want to have some ice cream your portion size should be about half a cup or the size of a light bulb

Grains

A biscut should be the size of a hockey puck
