Accelerated Math: We will begin Unit 8: Functions. Also, we are providing a study guide for the benchmark. We are beginning it in class, and asking students to complete it over the winter break in order to prepare them for the benchmark which will cover the entire 7th grade curriculum and much of the 8th grade material. The 8th grade material includes transformations, exponents, scientific notation, roots and irrational numbers, geometric applications of exponents, and linear functions.

Duncan: We will continue our unit on the interdependence of organisms after the break.
Larson/Cochran: We will begin our unit on Ecology. Please check your child's agenda for assignment or quiz dates.
