Reminders 📝
Please send in a written note when making transportation changes. It is a reminder for the teachers to have the note.
- If you need to pick up your student early from school, we ask that you please plan on coming no later than 1:45 and to please keep end of day office dismissals to urgent matters.
- If you would like to have lunch with your child, we ask that you please sign up for a lunch slot on the sign up genius. If there are no slots available, please choose a different date where there is availability. We have added more slots to the SignUpGenius. Feel free to share the Sign up Genius with any grandparents that would like to visit as well. They too need to sign up for a lunch time slot and they may be unaware. Please note: there is a maximum of 2 visitors per child. Please only use ONE sign up slot per child. You will be asked how many visitors will be joining. If you make a mistake with your sign up, please email Mrs. Holt (amanda_holt@ccpsnet.net) so she can update the sign-up sheet.

Transportation 🚙 🚶🏽♂️🚴🏿♀️ 🚌
📢 IMPORTANT INFORMATION & REMINDERS:
- If you are dropping your student off in the mornings, please know that 2 orange cones will be placed in the driveway around 7:42 or 7:43 when there is a break in traffic so that we can get students to class by 7:45 when the tardy bell rings. We ask that you DO NOT drive through the cones for the safety of your child and others. If the cones are up, please drive around the front loop and park. You must walk your child into the building to receive a tardy slip. We also ask that you remain in your vehicle to allow for the line to continue to run smoothly.
- If you pick your child up in the afternoons in the car rider line, please remain in your vehicle. Staff or safety patrols will help your child into the vehicle. If you need to buckle your child, please pull forward so we can continue loading cars safely and efficiently.

If your child is going to be a car rider in the afternoon daily, we ask that you fill out the form below as soon as possible so that we have the correct information and can provide you with a car rider pass. In order to have a car rider pass, this form MUST be filled out first.
