Lady Panther’s Win!!!
It's been more than a decade since your Lady Panthers advanced to the Regional Semifinals. Friday, April 1st this team played an amazing game against the Burleson Centennial Spartans and earned a spot in the Regional Tournament winning 5-2.
On another windswept field, Olivia Belcher started the Panther scoring run capitalizing off a free kick from Bonnie Miller. What followed in the next 15 minutes was an unprecedented Allie Love 4 goal spectacular in the first half with awesome assists by Olivia, Bonnie, and Anna Sugg. The Panther offense, midfield, and defense all played a remarkable game against our very physical opponents, sending the ball up creating opportunities for us and making it challenging for the Spartans to score. With extraordinary team effort the Panthers pulled off this decisive victory over the Spartans, the team who ended our season in last year’s playoffs. We are excited for the Regional Semifinals.
