Student iPads
If you already have an iPad from last year, there is nothing more you need to do. Keep your iPad and you are ready to begin working.
Supply Lists and Supply Pouch Order
Students have the option to purchase a supply pouch at the cost of $10. We have found that through the school, we can purchase supplies in bulk much cheaper than you can go buy them. This also allows us to purchase the exact same supplies for all students so that everyone has the same materials. This option is highly encouraged. Pouches contain various items for various grades and include items such as: crayons, colored pencils, ruler, composition notebook, organizational pouch, basic ear buds, glue, pencils, mini pencil sharpener, mini whiteboard, dry erase marker, etc. All students will need to have a pair of headphones or earbuds while on campus.
This includes basic items needed to complete everyday activities and course work at home. Students will keep the supply pouch at home this year and will have shared community supplies to use while on campus. Pouches are available for local pickup only at the main, elementary campus. Pick up date to be announced closer to school starting.
Students in grades K-2 - This year we will be offering a math manipulatives kit in addition to the supply pouch. This kit will partner with your daily math lessons and Zearn activities to allow more of a hands on approach to visualizing math. Once purchased, students will be able to use this kit each year in grades K-2.
If you would like to purchase a supply pouch/math kit for students in grades K-5, please complete the following two steps:
1. Complete the google form here
2. Pay through the online portal at https://bit.ly/ARSPAY

PSAT - National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test - October 25
Tuesday, October 25 at 7:45 A.M.
Clinton Street Campus
601 S Clinton Street
Athens, AL 35611
By taking the PSAT/NMSQT as a junior, students may meet the requirements to enter the National Merit® Scholarship Program, an academic competition for recognition and scholarships.
It's excellent practice for the SAT. Both tests measure the same knowledge and skills and ask the same types of questions, so PSAT/NMSQT takers will know what to expect on the SAT.
If you would like to participate in this optional standardized test, please complete the Google Form here. The test is $18 of cost to the student. This form must be completed and paid for by Thursday, September 1 if you choose to participate.
