Message from Mr. Ulbrich
Across the range of diverse experiences and traditions that have been written into our Nation's story, family has remained a steadfast and common foundation. Every day, families offer comfort and support to one another with enduring and unconditional love and they contribute to their communities and our country..... As we reminisce on warm memories and share in the joy and love family can provide, let us also pledge to lift up our loved ones and recommit to the family bonds that have strengthened the fabric of our Nation.
~Barack Obama, 2015 November 23rd, quoted from The White House Office of the Press Secretary

I am trying to get enough classroom boxes for everyone, right now I only have about a dozen. If you do NOT have a 1st period class, please let me know at your convenience and I won't have the kids bring a box around.
Thanks for all your help and all your support!
PBIS committee is requesting donations
Staff,
The PBIS committee is requesting donations for specific items for our students. We are asking any staff member that would like to participate to bring in gently used or new winter coats/jackets. We need Men's and Women's coats that would fit the sizes of our students, anything from an Adult Small to an Adult 3X. We are in real need of Men's coats!! We will also be accepting winter gloves and hats. Please check your closets for any items that you no longer need and you would be willing to donate. Some of our students are in great need of these items and we can really make a difference by donating to this cause.
We are also accepting donations of food, like snack-size chips, rice krispie treats, fruit snacks, bottled water, beef jerky, etc. 1 in 5 children in Ohio struggle with hunger. Here at PHSN, 25% of our student population is on a free and/or reduced lunch. Many of our students are coming to school hungry.
You can personally give these items to Monique Cobbs, Sarah Looker or Alicia Newbury. If you know of any student that is in need of a winter coat please contact one of us.
Thanks so much for all you do for our students.

- You Can't Beat The House: November 16-18 at 7:30 PM and November 19 at 2:00 PM. Description: (fall play) Two minor-league burglars have really met their match this time, it seems. They decided on a house only to find, after managing to get into the place, that it's up for sale and before they can leave, the prospective buyers, show up. Oh, yeah! The place, it turns out, is haunted! This screwball comedy is one wisecrack after another.
- A Christmas Cabaret: December 7-9 at 6:30 PM and December 9 at 1:00 PM. Description: (Christmas Music/Dinner Theatre) Join us as we dance, sing, and perform our favorite songs! We will serve you dinner as you watch the performance! Dinner option includes: choice of meat or veggie sub, chips, cookies, and a drink.
- The Best Christmas Pageant Ever: December 15-16 at 7:30 PM. Description: (Lakeview Jr. High show) In this hilarious Christmas classic, a couple struggling to put on a church Christmas pageant is faced with casting the Herdman kids--probably the most inventively awful kids in history. You won't believe the mayhem - and the fun - when the Herdman's collide with the Christmas story head on!
Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to seeing you there. As always, we hope you enjoy the show!
