Importance of Hygiene
Growing up can be hard sometimes.
There are many things you need to remember as you are getting bigger and your body is changing. You should make sure to do daily things your body needs such as brushing your teeth, putting on deodorant, and taking showers. Some other things you need to remember is to brush your hair, make sure your clothes are washed, and you are getting enough sleep. Sleep is very important to you as you are going through your bodies changes. You may think you are too busy to get enough sleep but you need to make time for it!
Brush your Teeth!
You should brush your teeth at least twice a day, in the morning and at night.
Remember to put on Deodorant!
Especially if your in sports or do an activity daily.
Take showers every day!
Taking daily showers can keep your body and hair healthy.
