Sample Rate, Bit Rate and Bit Depth
What is Sample Rate?
Sample rate is the number of snapshots of audio transmitted per second, which measured in Hertz (Hz) or Kilohertz (kHz). Sample rate can be edited and adjusted. If the sample rate is very high or very low there would be a lot of interference. The quality of the audio is also depended on the bit depth. The most common sample rate is 44100.
The bit rate number of bits per second that can be transmitted along a digital network. The bit rate is the amount of data stored in the sample, which can be changed and edited. The more data is sampled the higher quality the audio will be.
