PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
December 2, 2022
Dear Walnut Hills High School Families:
I hope that you have all had a great week so far! We know that this is a busy time of year for everyone, and the same is true for our school. It is hard to believe, but today we are just six school days away from the start of exam week. Exams start on Tuesday, December 13th. Here is the exam schedule for easy reference - as well as the parent permission form for students to be off-campus during study hall bells. Parents, we appreciate all of your support in keeping your students focused and doing their best in the weeks ahead. Learning how to prepare for longer assessments is an important part of our process of preparing students for college and future learning opportunities. We want the students to have a strong finish to their semester.
Parents, you likely already received a request from district leadership to complete a Panorama Survey. As part of the district’s effort to gather comprehensive feedback from CPS staff, students and families, CPS is conducting an online climate survey from December 1 through December 16. The climate survey asks questions about your experiences with academics, behavior and culture that will help CPS make informed decisions, impacting the way the district educates Cincinnati’s children. The survey will only take a few minutes to complete. Responses to the survey remain anonymous. Here is the link to the parent survey. Our students will be completing the student survey in the upcoming weeks in their English classes.
Thanks again for all of your support and involvement!
Sincerely,
John Chambers

We cannot thank you enough for helping to make the morning arrival flow smoothly! As a reminder, vehicles utilizing the Blair Circle drop-off for 7:30 AM morning arrival please be advised that when you enter Blair Circle, you continue to move forward around the circle until the car in front of you has stopped. Once your vehicle is in the circle area and all cars in front of you have stopped, please have your rider(s) begin to unload. We ask that your students be ready to exit the vehicle in a timely manner as a courtesy to those in the traffic line. Please do not drop off your students before entering the Blair Circle or near the Arts & Science building doors. We appreciate your continued cooperation in making sure the flow of traffic is consistent, efficient, and safe for our families and students.
