Senior Health Promotion Research Intern Position
Qualifications:
· Must pass APA quiz. See more information below.
· Must be currently enrolled in an institute of higher education with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Responsibilities:
· Commit to a total of 80 hours (intern can choose to complete 5 hours per week for 16 weeks, or 10 hours a week for 8 weeks)
· Communicate professionally
· Use company email address for professional use only
· Complete orientation training
· Participate in meetings with Kate Watson, Owner of Watson Wellness Promotion
· Locate and organize scholarly research articles
· Create marketing materials (flyers, postcards, etc.)
· Create annotated bibliography
· Develop at least 2 newsletters
· Assist with event planning
· Collect evaluation data
· Create blog entries and social media opportunities
· Collect contact information of potential future clients
· Transcribe interviews and videos
Note: The Senior Health Promotion Research Intern will receive an allotment of $500 for professional development activities (conference fees, professional association fees, payment for a business card, etc.).
Research Support Intern Position

· Transcribing interviews and videos
