If you believe your child could potentially meet one of these indicators, please be prepared to attend Summer School on June 5-15, 2023 Depending on the subject and reason for attendance. See the picture for additional information on times and locations or click here. | Ascender Parent Portal You can now find your student's STAAR scores and Report Cards in Ascender Parent Portal. Please use this link and follow the directions to find these essential reports. Once STAAR/EOC is in the portal, BISD will send an email and text to all families notifying them to look at the spring 2022 results either through the Ascender parent portal or texasassessment.gov. **You can also monitor your child's grades, see report cards, check attendance and receive alerts. Summer School
Students will be invited based on one or multiple Indicators below:
- Failed a class and need Credit Recovery (Grades 6-12)
- Absent more than 80% of days school was in session (18+ days)
- Did NOT Meet EOC in grades 9-12
- Did NOT Meet STAAR in 5th Science or 8th Science

HB4545 - 30 Hours of Accelerated Instruction
