Teachers and Staff,

Let's start off this year healthy. I want to share with you all some reminders about how to keep staff and students well. Please read below and remind your students of these things so we can stay germ free!

Healthy Eating

An Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away!

Eating foods rich in vitamin C helps keep our immune systems strong. This is a good reminder for us and students. We should be eating 4-6 servings of fruit each day. Some fruits include: apples, oranges, grapes, pears, peaches, and grapefruit.
