A Note of Thanks

Dear Colleagues,

During this week of May we annually celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week. It’s a time to reflect on the positive influence teachers have on children every day and to recognize that there is no more noble profession than teaching. Your positive influence is observed every day in each of our schools, in and out of the classrooms, and around the Spotswood community.

As teachers you make a difference. You teach students to expand their knowledge, encourage them to take academic risks and inspire a passion for learning that will live on long after they have left your class. Do not underestimate the weight of your influence or the extent to which it will carry on beyond the classroom.

On behalf of the Spotswood Board of Education and district administration, thank you for all that you do, seen and unseen, to make our students’ experience at school positive and our school district excellent.

Thank A Teacher
