Electronic Portfolio Training
Sessions will begin at 8:45 and be repeated each planning period. We will meet 1st - 4th period only.
We will be meeting in the OnTrack room.You may want to gathe revidence in advance, but it is not required.

Basic Information:
2. This is the last year the binders will be available. They are no longer distributing them.
3. Portfolios will be electronic beginning in 2019.
4. The portfolio is to be updated annually but will be reviewed for evaluation when you are going through formal evaluation or you are a Cycle 5.
Steps to Create the Portfolio

2. Right Click over "PAS-T Portfolio" at the top
3. Choose "Download" (A zipped file will appear while it is downloading)
4. Once the download is complete, double click on the zip drive file at the bottom of the page.
5. The "PAS-T Portfolio" will appear in your downloads (on your computer not Google).
6. Left click on the "PAS-T Portfolio" folder and drag the folder into the "Desktop folder" on the left side of the screen.
Uploading the Folder with a New Name Back to Google
1. Go back to Google Drive and click on "New"
2. Click on "Folder" on the left hand side of the tool bar
3. The "New Folder" screen will appear. Name the folder with YOUR LAST NAME + Portfolio then click CREATE
4. Click on "My Drive"
5. Double click on your folder (Your last name+ portfolio) located under the title "Name"
6. Click "New" located at the top left of your screen
7. Click on "Folder Upload"
8. Find the "PAS-T Portfolio" under "Desktop" and click "Upload"
9. A pop-up screen will appear and ask you for permission to upload the 24 files. Click "Upoad"
10. Your portfolio has been created.

Section 2: Link to syllabus or copy of syllabus for each course taught
Link to a Weekly Planner or uploaded Weekly Planner
Section 4: Copy of grade distributions (add a reflection of Q1 distribution)
Section 6: Link to your website
Section 7: Copy of your PD print-out from the portal
Section 8: SLO Goal
How to Share the Portfolio
2. Choose "Share"
3. Type in the name of the person you would like to share your portfolio with and click on "Can view only". Then, click " Done".
