Dear Fammatre Families and Community Members,
I would like to invite you to join me for Coffee with the Principal tomorrow, Thursday, September 26th, from 8:15-9:00 am in the Fammatre Cafeteria.
Part of this meeting will be dedicated to allowing time for stakeholders to share their opinions and offer constructive feedback on Fammatre’s Comprehensive Safety Plan 2019-2020 in accordance with ed code 32288.
There will also be an opportunity to learn more about curriculum, programs, school activities and the various ways we support the academic, social and emotional growth of all students.
Here are the topics I plan to cover for tomorrow’s Coffee with the Principal:
Fammatre’s Comprehensive Safety Plan: Overview/feedback on our Comprehensive Safety Plan.

Walk n Roll Day - Wed., Oct. 2nd
We are very excited to bring back Walk n Roll this year to Fammatre. We are encouraging our community to walk to school every Friday, and look forward to celebrating our "Official Walk n Roll Days", the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month. Our 2019-2020 program will kick off on International Walk to School Day, Wednesday, October 2.
This program cannot run without volunteers - we need volunteers in a couple of areas...
Walking Bus leaders: be at one of our Walking Bus locations (Doerr Park - 7:40; New Jersey/Foxworthy - 7:45; New Jersey/Curtner - 7:45) to walk our families to school together, on Official Walk n Roll Days only.
Passing out Stickers: on our Official Walk n Roll Days, we need some help passing out stickers to all of our Walkers & Rollers!
For more information about the Walk n Roll program, please check out: https://www.cambriansd.org/domain/475
