Dear Futures,
During the next two days I will be visiting all classrooms for five minutes each in order to get all of us ready for the Wednesday morning visit by Superintendent Antwan Wilson. I will have a “look for” feedback tool which I will immediately give to you after I've recorded my “look-fors”. I would like us to have this opportunity to make sure we are feeling prepared.

Notes:
After my five minute visit in your classroom on Monday or Tuesday, I will place a copy of the "look-for tool" in your mailbox , and then I will tally them into a school- wide anonymous “snapshot” which I will share with everyone on Tuesday evening. The superintendent’s visit is not very scripted. He is interested in seeing some aspects of “No Nonsense Nurturer” , PBIS and also of student engagement.
His main focus will be actually talking to people; teachers, the cafeteria staff, the custodian, and fifth-grade students. He will not be giving me a schedule of which classes he is visiting and will just go on his own whim. The only structured parts are when he sits with me one-on-one and also with one or two of our parents.
