They are big, friendly and full of life. Labs(short form for Labrador) have otter-like tail and a layered slightly oiled coat. They have webbed paws(Labs loves to swim), great stamina, high-activity level and an ability to learn(easy to train). They have soft mouths so they love to chew. They thrive in most environments, are very easy to groom but are prone to hip elbow and joint problems due to high activity level. They also may have eye problems. However, they make wonderful pets!
