Justin Krashefski on How to Be a Good Student
When it comes to academics, Justin Krashefski’s experience falls nothing short of exemplary. Justin has put his strong brain muscles to work in several educational institutions, giving him a broader and more eclectic approach to higher education.
His first stint in education after high school was in Coast Guard basic training in New Jersey. Having achieved good grades and physical prowess throughout high school, Justin Krashefski proudly displayed these talents to his instructors and peers, and always kept a strong focus on the prize. He almost made it look too easy, gaining the envy of some fellow cadets but also earning that active duty status without a day wasted.
He then went on to the Fort Lauderdale Police Academy, where his talents and enthusiasm persisted to put him at the top of his class. But it wasn’t Justin Krashefski’s abilities or wits that got him through the academy. He developed a new skill there: making friends. His fellow cadets respected him much more than in Coast Guard training, and with his newfound skill to put his resources to work, he helped others as they helped him, and they all made it through to graduation together.
Justin Krashefski’s ability to constantly adapt in the scholarly arena is what makes him such a competent student. He later earned An Associate’s degree in Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology from Keiser University. He is currently seeking a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University so he can start his own business one day.
Justin Krashefski on Serving in the Coast Guard
Justin Krashefski has always been a man of his country. Growing up in the sunny state of Florida, Justin Krashefski didn’t engage with most activities that other adolescents of his age did. He was not interested in drugs, gang affiliations or premarital sex. At the time, he was only interested in looking for ways to serve his country, and in keeping himself in good enough shape to be able to meet those means with determination.
It was the day that Justin Krashefski graduated high school that he would get that first chance to do something for his country. He enlisted in the United States Coast Guard, and had gone to New Jersey for basic training by the end of that summer. Justin Krashefski impressed both his instructors and classmates with his athletic prowess and ability to stay focused on graduation day. He flew through the program, and had achieved active duty status before winter of that year.
Throughout Justin Krashefski’s enlistment, he learned a lot about the world and the other cultures that surround us. Justin Krashefski helped stop several drug and human trafficking operations before they reached American soil, but his learning experience didn’t end there. He saw other things such as willful immigrants who would risk their lives trying to swim their way into the country, or entrust themselves and their money to traffickers who were professionals in the field that yielded more probable results, however that usually involved much less desirable situations as well.
It was through these people that Justin Krashefski really came to see how the American way of life is of such high value.
Justin Krashefski on Being a Police Officer
Justin Krashefski has been an exemplary citizen his whole lie. In his adolescence, he avoided the destructive habits of many of the other boys at his school, and kept to himself. Just had a strict workout routing which included running, lifting weights, swimming, and stealing the attention of admirers from those who sought it via typical teenage acts of drugs, underage alcohol abuse, vandalism and unprotected acts of sexual intercourse.
Justin Krashefski was different from the start, and he knew it. Upon leaving high school, he sought the mentorship of the Coast Guard, which instilled in him a deeper sense of routine as well as of oneself. This helped him greatly in all of his life’s endeavors, but none displayed it as greatly so as throughout his time as a Fort Lauderdale Police Officer.
When he first entered the academy, he knew not to carry any assumptions or other unnecessary baggage, something that many cadets don’t learn until weeks into the program. Justin Krashefski quickly moved up in the ranks of his class, wooing his instructors and classmates with his discipline, committed work ethic and devotion to remaining physically adept for all instances. And once he graduated from the academy, there were high expectations for Justin Krashefski’s future.
For four years Justin Krashefski served as one of Fort Lauderdale’s finest, working to clean the streets of the very things he saw as damaging distractions throughout his childhood. Justin Krashefski helped rid the streets of Fort Lauderdale of the gangs, drugs, domestic violence and sexual abuse that he feels threaten the children of today’s society.
Justin Krashefski Has a History of Education
Justin Krashefski is an academic that shows this prowess through exemplary grades and performance in the classroom. A student of many disciplines, Justin Krashefski now focuses all his brains on sports medicine, however his extensive classroom experience is what got him to where he is today.
Justin Krashefski joined the Coast Guard after finishing high school, a new venture that entailed a different kind of training in a different kind of classroom. Justin adapted well, and throughout his eight weeks of basic training he flourished in front of his classmates.
After his five years of enlistment, he then went on to train to become an officer for the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. This rigorous course involved months of training which proved similar to his Coast Guard training, except it was for a domestic force which put him in closer touch with his Florida neighborhood. With his top shape physical fitness, his wits and the ability to make friends among his classmates, Justin Krashefski made it through the program successfully.
After four years in the police force, Justin Krashefski went back to civilian studies and sought an Associate’s Degree in Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology at Keiser University. Like all over educational endeavors in his life, Justin blew through this one without struggle, and earned his degree within two years. Justin Krashefski - Former US Coast Guardsman
To be a US Coast Guardsman, men and women have to pass through a rigorous training course, pass many tests of character and personality, and be willing to serve others by putting their lives on the line. Justin Krashefski wanted to join the Coast Guard for similar reasons to many others joining: to help others come home safe from the sometimes-dangerous and merciless sea. In South Florida, the ocean is a way of life for many people. Krashefski saw evidence of this constantly as he was growing up in the area. Many people risk their lives every day on the open waters to provide for their families and help themselves and their community. Krashefski wanted to be a part of the team ensuring these people get back to their families and their homes on the South Florida shore every day.
Justin Krashefski took his physical fitness and health for granted at first. When he played high school sports, his physical fitness goals related narrowly to his performance on the field. He related what he did on the track and in the weight room with how he could help his team win. He didn’t know it at the time, but he was developing the skills he would need for his professional career as well as his high school athletic career. In the Coast Guard, he found his strength and will tested often. Krashefski didn’t waver in his determination and his duty to protect the people in South Florida who rely on the open waters for their livelihood despite these tests.
Justin Krashefski left the Coast Guard and joined the Fort Lauderdale Police Department after five years, but he never forgot the many lessons he learned. After four years with the FLPD, Krashefski left the force to start an entirely different career: personal fitness training. He wanted to use his experience working in law enforcement where he had to be in peak physical condition at all times to teach others how to live a long and healthy life. He lives and works in Boca Raton, Florida.
Justin Krashefski - What Makes a Good Personal Trainer?
Justin Krashefski enrolled at Florida Atlantic University so that he could earn a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion to add to his Associate’s degree in Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology and his official certification as a personal trainer from the American Council for Exercise. A longtime student of physical fitness and a former high school athlete, police officer, and Coast Guardsman, Krashefski hopes to open his own fitness studio in Boca Raton, where he can work closely with people on an individual basis to form the habits and the routines that lead to long, healthy lives.
Justin Krashefski wants to be a personal trainer because he believes that everyone should have exercise and physical fitness goals in their lives. He understands that not everyone is going to be as committed to exercise routines as he is—Justin Krashefski has followed a similar exercise plan throughout his life, starting in high school when he participated in many sports—but believes he can inspire people to take their health more seriously. Regular exercise is a huge part of staying healthy. Part of being a useful personal trainer is crafting realistic, attainable goals that serve to help each client reach their personal aspirations. Krashefski sees himself as a partner to his clients, not an instructor. He’s there to help them get healthier, not force a rigorous training regimen that professional athletes use on someone who’s only trying to run a mile.
Responding to client needs is only one factor that Justin Krashefski has to master to be a successful personal trainer, but he sees responding to individual clients on their level as the most important skill.
Justin Krashefski - Former US Coast Guardsman
Justin Krashefski spent five years in the US Coast Guard patrolling the waters off the coast of South Florida. He helped rescue many people in trouble in the rough waters off the coast and helped many others avoid dangerous situations. Krashefski left the Coast Guard in 2005 to become a law enforcement officer on dry land. He used many of the principles he learned as a Coast Guardsman in his duties as a police officer for the Fort Lauderdale Police Department. Today, he is attending Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, which coupled with his Associate’s degree in Sports Medicine and his certification as a personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise, will give him the expertise and the experience needed to open his own fitness studio.
In the Coast Guard, Justin Krashefski found great reason to maintain his high personal fitness standards drilled into him as a high school athlete and an active child. His strength and cardio conditioning were crucial to his success during his time with the Coast Guard and allowed him to perform his duties admirably. Justin Krashefski loved helping people as a Coast Guardsman because he saw the brave heroism of his fellow guardsman and wanted to do everything he could to support his community through their efforts.
Justin Krashefski wants to share his wisdom concerning personal fitness with his community in Boca Raton. He believes that everyone benefits from a physically fit community and one that is active.
Justin Krashefski - New Entrepreneur
After a career in law enforcement, Justin Krashefski is in the process of striking out on his own to build his own business he believes will help his community of Boca Raton, Florida. In five years with the United States Coast Guard and four years with the Fort Lauderdale Police Department, Krashefski has always been interested in keeping his body in peak physical condition so that he can do his job better than adequately. He is in the process of turning that passion into a fitness studio that he can help the citizens of Boca Raton with long into the future. He is at work studying to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton to pair with his Associate’s degree in Sports Medicine.
As all entrepreneurs will tell you, however, it takes more than an expert knowledge of the products or services you plan to sell to create a successful business. Justin Krashefski is working at adding to his knowledge and formulating a way to impart that knowledge on potential customers in the future. In order to be successful, Justin Krashefski has to build a brand. Building a brand is the most important task all business owners must do if they want to be successful. A brand is less of a logo and a physical representation of a company than it is a mental image that customers and potential customers see when they think of a business. What that brand says about the business in the customers’ minds goes a long way to determining success or failure.
Justin Krashefski plans to use his expertise in personal fitness as a key part of his brand.
