NEWSWORTHY

What's to L❤VE??

According to staff there is much to love about our students, schools, district and jobs. All agree, Students are our purpose. Students are our why. Students are the reason we come to work every day! ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤
Big picture

PRIORITY NUMBER ONE: Literacy

SJUSD continues to narrow our focus on literacy with the goal to, "create literate students at each grade level through individualized supports with a focus on proficiency by grade 3." One piece of the solution is a voluntary teacher training, LETRS. Teachers have many positive comments about the training and our students are reaping the benefits! We are blessed to have a team of dedicated teachers and support staff that will keep learning and keep working until we reach the goal. Literacy. The ability to read and write. For each and every SJUSD student.
