Healthy Smiles is Coming to Grassy creek

Healthy Smiles is Coming to Grassy creek

Dr. Matchett and the Healthy Smiles team will be visiting Grassy Creek on Monday, May 1, 2019. They provide the following care on-site: dental check-ups, dental cleaning, digital x-rays, preventive sealants and fluoride. They accept Medicaid and most private insurances. Free care may be available to qualified students. Once Healthy Smiles has seen your child, a dental health report card will be sent home. Registration forms have been sent home or you may pick one up in the office.

CAR RIDER REMINDERS

Please use our car rider protocol when dropping off your student. Follow the cones. Stay in line and wait until your turn. When your vehicle reaches Door #15 an adult will assist and usher your student into the building. DO NOT DROP YOUR STUDENT OFF ON THE SIDEWALK IN ANY OTHER AREA OR IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING. This is a safety issue. Thank you!

Warren Township School District has a new app and website! The purpose of the app and website is to provide regular updates through the live feed, district news, and

district events sections as well as other important district information. The app includes easy access to the weekly breakfast and lunch menu, staff contacts, district documents, bullying and safety reporting form, and much much more. The Warren app can be downloaded at the Apple and Android App Store. Stay informed and download the app today. The district website is www.warren.k12.in.us.

Please continue to collect box tops and turn them in to Grassy Creek. We turn them into money that helps fund activities for our school.

PARENTAL BACKGROUND CHECKS REQUIRED

Parents please come by the school office to pick up the paper work for a background check if you are interested in going on a school field trip or helping in a classroom during school hours. This is required and it does take some time for us to process. We will also need a copy of your drivers license. Once approved your background check is good for two years.
