Alief Family U Conference 2021

The Family and Community Engagement Program is excited to announce our tenth annual Alief Family U Conference – NOT ALL HEROES WEAR CAPES scheduled for Thursday and Friday, March 25-26 from 6:00 PM-8:15 PM via zoom. These exciting days include engaging sessions in English and Spanish for parents and staff. Enjoy student performances, comments from our Superintendent and Alief School Board and prizes. We can’t wait to see you!

A good activity during this season is TALKING TO OUR CHILDREN ABOUT Climate change. Ever wonder how to explain to our children what is happening on our planet? Here is how we can talk and teach our kids about Climate change. We do not need to be an expert or scientist to do this. Aside from building relationships, we are also building trust and security with our children so that they will no longer wonder and panic when calamities strike.
