In the workplace, men and women are usually paid differently based on where they work, what color they are, etc. Roughly, for every $1.00 a man makes, white women make $0.78. On the other hand, black women make $0.64 and Hispanic women only make $0.54 of that $1.00 a man makes ("CNN Student News")
