Used Uniform Sale is still open

The used uniform sale will stay open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday this week. You may stop in to shop for uniforms and pay in the school office.

Book Fair 2023

Thank you for supporting our book fair this weekend! It was our most successful fair since 2020. In addition to the funds it made for our library over 60 books were donated to classrooms, the library or purchased with your change when you rounded up!


If you couldn't make it to the book fair it's not too late to support our school library by shopping at the online fair. Books will be delivered to school in the coming weeks. Use this link and scroll to the bottom to shop online. Sacred Heart will earn 25% of your sales!

Volunteers Needed to set up Silent Auction Friday, Feb. 10th 7:30-9:30 a.m.

Help us bring all baskets to the gathering space and set up our silent auction. We thought it might work well after morning drop off. We need 5 people.


Wednesday, February 8: 2:00-3:30 pm Setting up the gym for our big night. (putting tablecloths on tables, decorations, place settings, silent auction, etc.) We chose this time since most families pick up their child at 2:10 pm. Please consider staying to help set up.

Extreme Faith Camp-Grades 6-8

Extreme Faith Camp 2023 is coming! Any and all 6th-8th graders are invited to join us this June 26th-30th for Extreme Faith Camp! EFC is our annual Catholic summer camp focused on having kids grow in their personal relationship with Christ. This year we'll be heading to Camp Victory just outside Rochester for awesome games, amazing talks, ropes courses, 9 square, archery tag, laser tag, river tubing, Wacky Olympics, Mass, Confession, Adoration, and so much more! It's the best week all summer!

Heggies Pizza Fundraiser for Youth Ministry


Sacred Heart Youth Ministry is selling Heggies Pizzas now through February 12th to raise money to raise money for Extreme Faith Camp scholarships. You can find the order form in the bulletin or on the parish website. Thanks for all your support!

Aim Higher Scholarship Application Open---2023-2024 School Year

Families must apply each year to qualify for the Aim Higher scholarship.

3. Near the end, add your child(ren)'s name when it asks if you'd like to be considered for the Aim Higher Foundation scholarship(s).

4. Submit the application.

Do you want to volunteer in the classroom? Parents must complete the Essential 3

The Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis requires the Essential 3 for volunteers who work with students in Catholic schools or parishes. All employees must also complete the Essential 3. ****Cell phones do not work well for Essential 3 and you will receive an error message. Please use a computer.


You may complete all three requirements online at www.virtusonline.org
1. Log in to create your account and watch the Virtus awareness session online. Every 3 years, a new video will be assigned to your account.
2. Successfully complete a background check.
3. Sign a Code of Conduct.

****The Archdiocese requires all volunteers to renew the Essential 3 requirements every 3 years. You will receive an email message when your account is up for renewal.
