Creating Games for your Classroom
This session will introduce you to several different gaming platforms for use in your classroom. Create games over review material for your students or to introduce a new topic. A fun and engaging way to get your kids excited about learning. Bring some review questions and build the game during this workshop. These tools are conducive to any grade level. Google Forms with Self Grading Add-on Flubaroo
Google Forms is a great way to give polls, quizzes or surveys to your students. In this session, we will cover the basics of Google Forms and then show how to use the add-on Flubaroo to self-grade those forms.
Google Cardboard Anyone?

Google Cardboard is a virtual reality platform developed by Google for use with a cardboard mount and a mobile device (smartphone). In this session, we will allow participants to play with Google Cardboard and discuss the apps and the educational implications for the classroom. This session will introduce 6-8 tech tools and how to use them in the classroom. We will introduce each tool and then allow "play time" with each as well.
