EEIP Campus Based Mentors will facilitate reflection in order for third year teachers to identify needs and act on them with personal accountability. This creates autonomy and promotes collaboration.


Take time to talk with a partner and discuss current practices using the Mentor Check-In Tool. We will come back together in 5 minutes.

S.M.A.R.T. Goals

By setting expectations at the beginning of the coaching cycle, teachers are provided with a finish line to work towards from the initial starting point. Teachers can utilize the entire coaching cycle to strive to achieve and possibly exceed their goals.
