Nutrition Services
If your child requires a special diet for any reason, please contact the school nurse Mrs. Hartshorn. You can call 527-6059 and ask for her and she will help set that up.
Also, please DO NOT have food delivered to campus. If you must bring food on occasion because your student has a special diet and forgot their lunch, that is fine, but please do NOT send deliveries, door dash, etc.
Cell Phone Policies
If your child does not feel well, please tell them they need to come see the nurse and she will contact you if they need to be picked up. Students should not be calling or texting parents during the day unless it is from the office with an adult present.
Technology Notes
Families on LCPS-Sponsored Comcast Cares This LCPS-sponsored service will end this semester.
Please sign up for the FCC Emergency Broadband Benefit Program here - https://www.fcc.gov/broadbandbenefit. Qualifying families will be able to continue Comcast service with the EBB program.
The NM Student Connect Hotline is available to assist families with sign up and any questions. If a student’s address in StudentVue is serviceable by a local Internet Service Provider, please sign up for the FCC Emergency Broadband Benefit Program here - https://www.fcc.gov/broadbandbenefit.
The NM Student Connect Hotline is available to assist. Your LCPS Hotspot will need to be returned to the school and checked back in. Once returned, the student fee will be removed.
If a student's address in StudentVue is NOT serviceable by a local Internet Service Provider, the family is eligible to check out an LCPS hotspot again for the 21-22 school year. To do this, families will need to return their current hotspot to your school. You will then be able to request a hotspot for the 21-22 school year. Schools will only check out hotspots to families that have an eligible address.
