Open House
Dousman transportation will be available in the gym to answer any bus transportation questions that you may have.
Our school secretaries will be located in the library to answer questions about the upcoming school year and to accept registration payments. You will also be able to drop off medications and purchase headphones for your child.
PTO will be located outside the cafeteria. We welcome you to join the PTO and support Woodfield!

Where do I find my Skyward Family Access Username/Password?
If returning families do not have their login info, please contact Emalee Clark.
How do I find my child's student ID number to create an account on e~funds?
- Log onto Skyward Family Access
- Click on Student Info tab on the left side of screen
- Under your child's image will be listed their Gender, Language, and Other ID number.
- The 8-Digit Other ID number is the Student ID number is what you use to add each child to your family account.
An e-Funds account allows you to pay registration and lunch fees throughout the school year. Here is a step by step guide to help you navigate e-Funds.
Who's my child's teacher?
You will need to be registered for the 2022-2023 school year in order to find out your child's classroom teacher.
Teacher placements will be available in Skyward Family Access on the morning of Wednesday, August 24. You will need to login and go to the schedule tab to view the teacher.
Red Wing ~4K/5K/1st
Green Wing ~ 2nd/3rd
Blue Wing ~ 4th/5th
How do I find my child's bus pick up/drop off information?
School Medications
Any medications to be kept and distributed at school must have a physician authorization. Listed below are the proper medication forms that need to be completed for all medications (even Tylenol or Ibuprofen). Medications must be dropped off in the school office by a parent. Please DO NOT send medications in your child's backpack. If you have any questions regarding medications please contact our district nurse, Rachel Pankonin.

Click here for the medication administration request form that must be completed by parents/guardians and physicians. You can complete the top form and send it to school to be faxed to the doctor if needed.
