Our last day of classes for the first semester is Wednesday, December 22 with an early release at 10:50 a.m. The school counseling department wishes you a peaceful and restful winter break. We hope you are able to take time to relax and reconnect with loved ones.

The end of a high school semester also means final exams and state testing. Who will take a state test? Students enrolled in the following courses:

*Algebra I /Honors Algebra I

*Biology/Honors Biology

* English II/Honors English II

*American History/Honors American History

*Government/Honors Government

*Geometry/Honors Geometry

*Any student who needs to retest from previous years will be notified.

Students should speak with their teachers about final exams as they are not optional this semester.

Perry High School will hold their annual registration night on Tuesday, February 8th for grades 8 through 11 at 6:30 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. We will hold a 20 minute general overview of the registration process with an approximate 30-35 minute work session afterward where students and families can begin scheduling as the high school counselors are available to assist. Department teacher leaders will be present, as well, in case any students and families would like to ask course-specific questions.
