It’s Cybersecurity / Digital Citizenship Awareness Month!
Launched in 2004, Cybersecurity & Digital Citizenship Awareness Month continues to raise awareness and provide resources to help us all be safer and more secure online. With students now being 1:1 with devices, it’s more important than ever for them to understand the importance of cybersecurity and good digital citizenship. Throughout this month, the IHS community will be provided with resources, information, and activities incorporating these topics. Have a discussion with your student(s) about what steps they’re taking to be #CyberSmart!
- This Genially (which was pushed out to everyone’s Canvas) includes info, activities, and even a chance to win prizes!
- Cybersecurity Awareness Month Letter posted on FISD website
- Encourage your student(s) to check out the IHS library window display for some great tips on how to be #CYBERSMART
- Stay tuned to Knight TV for more Cybersecurity/Digital Citizenship content
